We would
like to introduce the Dutch kroket into the Philippine market. It will
be done in three stages:
1. Modification of the ingredients of the kroket to suit Filipino taste.
This step also includes the survey of the potential market (snack bars,
university /factory cafeterias), on a local scale.
2. Training of Filipino locals in making and marketing krokets.
3. Once the market adapts the kroket as a permanent snack item, a production plant wherein the krokets can be produced in a commercial (regional) scale may be constructed.
4. Since the clients will need fryers to cook their krokets, we might develop and introduce an affordable gas fryer as a cost-saving and safer alternative to an electric fryer.
